CwC LC Recaps- Seasons 1 and 2

Hi Everyone! Paul here and I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of our members and their performances at LC’s these first two seasons! We have had a solid showing at every LC we’ve attended and our proud to say that each of them has been won by a member of the team!! (Minus the second Jax LC where Jett won as a “Free Agent” ;) )
Final Round Season 1 LC
Richard Bernard had a great showing achieving 7th place with his Water Hedorah deck and a 4-1-1 record in swiss, and Jett achieved 1st place with their Earth Titan of Terror Deck, earning them their invite to the world championship!
Counterspell Season 1 LC (There is not a picture of the top 8 of this event D:)
This event had 3 team members achieve top 8, with Dani Diaz achieving 7th place with their awesome Earth Titan of Terror list! We additionally had Jett achieve 3rd place with their Earth Titan of Terror deck, and the event being won by Jose Norono with his Earth Titan of Terror deck, punching him his invite to the world championship!
Final Round Season 2 LC
Paul Butler (Me!) Had a solid showing achieving 6th place with his Death Bert 2 deck, but the real champion was our teammate Jose Norono who achieved 1st place with his Order Pieck Finger deck! Way to go getting the two-peat Jose!!!
Counterspell Season 2 LC
This was CwC’s best LC showing so far this year, with 5 of the top 8 (Jett was a free agent for this event alone) achieving a top 8 slot! In 7th place we had Richard Bernard with his new and improved life Hange Zoe deck! In 6th place we had Anna Kohn achieve 6th place with her Earth Keyleth deck, Derek Swearengin achieve 4th place with his Life Zeke Yeager deck, Paul Butler (Me!) achieve 3rd with his Fire Bertholt Hoover decklist, and Jose achieve second with his Death Pieck Finger Deck! The event was won by Jett with their void Rodan list and with the win has decided to rejoin the team! With Jett and Jose already having their invite, the worlds invite passed down to Paul, punching him an invite to worlds as well, giving us three team members that are guaranteed to represent at Worlds this year!
